Even if the supreme court gets involved (it could be headed that way) and the election was deemed flawed, the results won't be overturned. Nobody takes away a trophy, they just add an asterisk after the winner's name in the record books. Regardless, I don't want the election to be a distraction - that's exactly what the Democrats want.
