To be fair, some of them used to post their own shit through the letterbox so this is hardly the worst rebuke he's had from the Scottish.
Trump appointed appellate judge writes scathing opinion rejecting Trump's Pennsylvania lawsuit. Circuit Judge Stephanos Bibas, who oversaw the case, began the scathing ruling stating: "Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here." Trump nominated Bibas to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 2017. Bibas concluded his ruling by pointing out: "Voters, not lawyers, choose the President. Ballots, not briefs, decide elections. The ballots here are governed by Pennsylvania election law."
Get some new material, will ya? RE: @matthunter's post: Donald J. Trump has all the characteristics of a "dry drunk." That's the guy who prides himself for not drinking alcohol because he believes it makes him superior to the people around him who drink. So, Daddy was a drunk, big brother was a drunk, but Donnie-boy doesn't drink. However, he displays all of the characteristics of a drunk. He is angry, belligerent, self-righteous, paranoid, easily triggered, and has absolutely no control over the shit he spews out of his mouth or on Twitter. The world might be a better place if once in a while he'd have a beer.
Despite Trump's best efforts, at least some of his appointees will not kowtow to his every whim. It is a sad thing that the fact of the judges being Republican appointees needs to be put in the article, but if it were not specifically said, at least some people would grumble about liberal activist judges. And despite the factoid, some people probably still will. After all, there's no losing in Trumpworld without the other side having cheated.
That seems like an outlandish statement for anyone to have made! You should probably name and shame them.
Seen Trumps twitter the last day or so? Properly unhinged. Not sure when hes going to get the message from all these judges - produce some evidence or shut the fuck up! No wonder a big chunk of his voters are still in denial
Yep, first thing on his feed is retweeting a post saying Pennsylvania only sent out 1.8 million mail-in ballots but there were 2.6 million total votes by mail-in, so he says the rest were "magic'ed up". Quick visit to Snopes reveals that 1.8 million is how many were mailed to registered Democrats only. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/pa-mailin-votes-ballots/
Anc and Tererun would be two right off the top of my head. Granted they are low-hanging fruit, because they have been quite vocal and consistent in their claims.
He’s probably get the same response given by that guy who insists AOC doesn’t understand economics - none.
Well, maybe "the right side" if you're talking about whether you like it or not, but "the wrong side" if you mean "to be in Michigan".
If you’re in Canada, looking south, it would be on the right. But, if you’re in Illinois looking north, it’s on the left. Also, twent left in the federal election.
If he was prescribed Adderall for ADHD (though it doesn't seem to be working), that's one thing. If he's popping them like Mentos, that's something else again. I've heard the cocaine stories, but I dunno.
The number Trump texts begging for money have started to slow down. Wonder if that means they’re not getting any money?
Hmmmm...if he doesn't follow orders and gets charged with a crime, do you suppose Biden would pardon him?
Not sure how it could be a crime. This goes for anything not specifically classified, if the White House told me not to interact with the Biden folks I'd just do it anyway. Worst that can happen is that you lose your job for six weeks or whatever. I'm assuming anyone who does this would be a career person, not a Trump stooge, and Biden should bring all the CS that Trump fucks over back like they were coming off vacation. (If I were Biden the first thing I'd sign on January 20 would be an EO that says "Every executive decision made by the proceeding president is hereby reversed"(
Maybe I've read too many le Carre novels (or I remember Deep Throat from the Nixon years), but I wonder if he isn't quoting the Party Line in public and sub rosa meeting the equivalent of Woodward/Bernstein in a parking garage somewhere...
