Yes, you heard right (no pun intended) it's a volume question. Oh and a "captioned for the blind" question. On my TV certain shows (on various channels) have volume problems. For example The Talking Dead (which follows the Walking Dead) on AMC has a very low volume - you have to crank it up just to hear it, but every couple of minutes the volume suddenly shoots up, blasting you out of your socks, then goes back down. The Walking Dead (which precedes it) has a normally functioning volume. Both shows are on the same channel, AMC. The Science Channel has no volume at all, ever. This started about a week ago. Random shows (for example Christmas Light Fights) on ABC has "captioning for the blind" meaning a voice narrates what is happening "Santa is waving from a jeep while kids gather around" and so forth because blind people can hear the dialogue but not see of course. Seinfeld on TBS has the same blind captioning thing going on. Other TBS shows are normal. I have never messed with any of the programming or settings to enable these features or fluctuating/nonexistent volume issues. Any thoughts?
