What Is the Point of the Help Desk if Moderators/Administrators Won't Reply to inquiries here?

    Because you don't accept their replies, you try to manipulate their replies and argue that you shouldn't have to "follow" rules like anyone does. You've done it before, and have failed at it before, on here at at other boards.
