[?=Unbelievable]Children herded like cattle into Maryland courthouse for forced vaccinations as armed police and attack dogs stand guard

(NewsTarget) Following the State of Maryland's threats against parents who refuse to have their children vaccinated, children were herded into a Price George County courthouse being guarded by armed personnel with attack dogs. Inside, the children were forcibly vaccinated, many against their will, under orders from the State Attorney General, various State Judges and the local School Board Director, all of whom illegally conspired to threaten parents with imprisonment if they did not submit their children to vaccinations.

The State of Maryland has now turned to Gestapo tactics to force its medical will upon the People, stripping parents of any right to decide how they wish to protect their own children from infectious disease. Health authorities there have already announced their intent to essentially kidnap parents and throw them in jail, removing them from their children for up to thirty days if they continue to refuse to have their children vaccinated. This will all be conducted at gunpoint, with armed personnel and attack dogs at the ready, making sure nobody steps out of line, and suppressing any attempt at public dissent against the Orwellian vaccination policies.

The entire campaign against these parents is blatantly illegal. There is no law in Maryland requiring the vaccination of children, thus parents who refuse to do so may not be legally charged with violating any law. Instead, Maryland health and school authorities are using Gestapo-like tactics, threatening to charge the parents with child truancy violations, criminalizing them for daring to protect their children from the dangerous chemicals found in vaccines (including thimerosal, a chemical additive containing a neurotoxic form of mercury).

Why do I have the feeling that there's more to the story than what some vaccine conspiracy-theorist says?

    Hm?

Hepatitis? I don't think I had to be vaccinated for that.

I didn't have to be, but I was, what with my mom and dad being in law enforcement and healthcare respectively. It was as much for their protection as it was mine.

I know this is gonna be an unpopular opinion, but the gub'mint schools have apparently said that your kids must be vaccinated before they attend class. Many were not. You want to go to their school, you gotta go by their rules.

Don't like it? Send 'em to private school*.

    * - I'm still in favor of a tax-break for families that home school their children through accredited programs or send their children to private schools equal to the amount they have to pay into a public school system they do not use.

However you want to slice-n-dice it, it's a clear case of government once again grossly overstepping its bounds. Forced immunizations? Fuck that . . . I'll decide what shots my kids need in consultation with my family doctor. The State does not get a say.

It could be argued that immunizing yourself against diseases you might otherwise contract and spread could reasonably be a condition of interacting with the rest of society. I mean, what if there were a vaccine against AIDS, or socialism?

And where do you draw the line?

It's YOUR kid, what right does the government have to say you HAVE to take the kid to a hospital when he breaks his arm?

    for instance.

None. I myself have, and perhaps irrationally expect others to have, a quality called common sense that tells me that a broken bone warrants a trip to the hospital. As a grown-up, I am able to make that determination for myself and any offspring I might have. I don't need Big Brother learing over my shoulder and pushing me into his "required" treatment option.

Yeah, but if you fail to excercise that common sense and take that child in for treatment, you can reasonably expect to lose custody of said child since you've demonstrated gross incompetence and neglect in the raising of same.

FUCK school vouchers. Leave that tax money in the owners' hands and let them decide how it should be spent. Don't have kids if you can't afford to fund their education.

You ought to be aware, however, that just because you're 18-plus doesn't mean you're a "grown-up" or that you have common sense.

Some parents believe that medical treatment is an abomination of God's will. Look at Scientologists. Look at certain fringe Christian sects. You're wearing the Cloak of Paranoia, thinking that required vaccines are Big Brotherish, when really it's just the government ensuring that children are protected from parents who aren't well-educated enough to realize the importance of vaccines.

I've read about parents who got into a hassle with the local authorities not because they didn't vaccinate their children, but because they wanted to space the vaccinations farther apart to give their little immune systems time to develop. Hospitals apparently will give certain vaccinations in a bunch within a few hours of birth and it can overwhelm their little systems. There are SO MANY shots given now. As far as vaccinations are concerned, no one is going to argue with vaccinating against measles, mumps, pertussis, diptheria, and polio--but do small children really need to be vaccinated against meningitis, hepatitis, and chicken pox? Thimerosol is a problem as well.

My school has reached 98% compliance in immunization reports all 5 years that I have worked here and no one was "forced" to be immunized. By law we can exclude a child from school if their record is incomplete or if they do not have an exemption for religions or personal beliefs on file. As for broken arms... that becomes an issue with child protective services under negligence.

Considering that the Children's Hospital of Alabama has staff trained and allocated just to prevent, and if that fails, treat it, I'd say it's a pretty big problem. That's just my guess though. :clyde:

Do you want the disease? I do not. Therefore, I don't want my children to have them either. :marathon:

I think the Varicella vaccine is rediculous unless the patient has a compromised immune system. You're just not a real child until you've had chicken pox.

I was under the impression that a meningitis vaccine wasn't even practical or recommended until a kid was on his way to his freshman year in college to go live in cramped quarters, Bear. You don't hear about children coming down with meningitis left and right and there hasn't been a vaccine for that long. It's not like diptheria or whooping cough.

You have to consider how much mercury you're pumping into a body. I have a second cousin with two autistic children. There's something bizarre happening with all these autistic children in the past ten years. More autism, more peanut allergy with anaphylactic symptoms, more asthma, more deathly allergies in general. We're so healthy our kids are dying from vaccines and peanut butter. Between 1997-2002, the number of children with peanut/tree nut allergy doubled. I don't know if it's vaccines or food additives, but something is wrong when you have a million children whose immune systems react to a trace of peanut butter like it's toxic waste. That little girl here in OKC who's a friend of my neighbor's child--I told the story here about her. She shared a knife that had been wiped completely clean to the naked eye. That trace amount of peanut protein you couldn't even see was enough to make her stop breathing.

    Something is wrong.

And, if by chance you don't get it as a child, you wind up like one of my best friends. Strapped in a hospital bed almost dying from it as an adult. I remember exactly how much it sucked to have it as a child, and I'd rather that my children not be forced to go through it.

Shingles is a nerve attacking virus caused by Varicella. Anyone who has had chicken pox runs the risk of Shigles. Most often it is triggered by stress.

Yes, Shingles. The "chicken pox" or varicella zoster virus never actually leaves your body...and any of a variety of factors can cause the often very painful condition known as Shingles.
