Oh, wait, for decades abstance only has been proven to be a complete failure, those young people have sex at exactly the same rates as young people who get real sex ed. They just get pregnant can catch diseases at drastically higher rates.

There's good reasons not to rush into sex in high school but that's the stuff no one goes into. People make up lies about condom failure rates or at the opposite end of the spectrum assume giving kids rubbers will mean they'll use them, without discussing that accidents can still happen.

Actually, she admitted that abstinence only education doesn't work, and then was promptly pummeled by folks for daring to suggest such a thing, causing her to issue a retraction the next day. IIRC, there was a thread here about it.

I'm not defending Bristol Palin. I don't care for the Palin's in general and Bristol in particular and this just goes to show that once people start having sex they won't stop regardless of their political and moral beliefs.

That said, if one looks at the timeline it looks to me that the father of Palin's child is likely her fiancee and that if they hadn't broken their engagement she would've probably been long married by now.

Her Wiki article indicates the number is $262K, but that was only in 2009. It does not appear that she has worked much at all since 2012. Trash like that probably can't handle a few years of windfall and plan responsibly for the lean years to follow. I wouldn't be surprised if she blew most of it by now.

The problem with where she is trying to get is that it costs a lot of money. She is not going to break in without spending a lot of money, and she has to overcome the reality that her only talent seems to be getting pregnant and it will be a few years before she can beat the duggars. It is not like she is a bush girl. I am pretty sure that the scene you need to be in to get into TV is not her hometown pub.

We have not yet seen what the kids will be so I would keep away from good considering the parents. I know it is a long way off, but considering what family the kid will be immersed in for their developmental years I predict it will be either a child molestor or a lone wolf killer if it is a boy.
