    It should surprise no one to read that @Tex is stepping down. Wanting to retain the rule of four, and in consideration of... favors, we have selected @Anna to replace him. Thank you Anna for stepping up -- @shootER just wasn't cutting it for meeting the new net diversity rules foisted on us by Obama.
