[redacted by admin (personal information)] he sucks as a teacher. [redacted by admin (personal information)]
I would not really mind discussing it now that it is out there. But I think I need to let the moderators sort it out as it involved Chad posting information here that I had not revealed anywhere on wordforge. And it is far, far more complicated than the issue in 2013. There are competing theories by various people involved.
Oh do go fuck yourself and your flip flip righteousness. You're happy to pile on him at any other time (and was happily doing so on here while these proceedings were afoot), and you were happy to laugh at Castle's misfortune. Your hypocrisy is laughable. I think you know exactly why the reaction is different for Dayton. He won't learn from his mistakes and so is the author of his own misfortune. Why should I be sympathetic when every bit of advice people have given him he's ignored? Nah, sorry. If it were anybody else fair enough, but Dayton has done this to himself.
After all his smug arrogance, claims about his Praxis score, bragging about how he manhandled a lawyer, and how often he claimed that he is a superior educator? I don't think we're celebrating [redacted by admin (personal information)]. I heard this from a guy I work with, "Time wounds all heels". Well, it looks like time has finally caught up with Dayton.
So did the 2016 school year start last September or is that the coming school year? [redacted by admin (personal information)]
Do fuck off. If it weren't for a very questionable technicality, Chad would likely be looking at a vacation. As somebody who has spent so much time crying about Castle's posting of your Linkedin info, it is supremely ironic that you find nothing wrong with somebody doing very nearly the same thing to Dayton.
In this state, when they say "school year" it is numbered by the upcoming graduating class the following May. So the "2016 school year" refers to the school year that began in August 2015 and ends in May or June 2016.
This isn't the first time so it would seem the answer is that he has a chance.[/quote] Hopefully, he seriously uses this as a learning experience, really digs deep in his self examination, and achieves some self improvement. If that happens then maybe it can turn out for the best.
[redacted by admin (personal information)] There is no technicality. Dayton has given permission in the past for the public school records to be disclosed. What's more, I'm not the one who posted details of the firing, Chad did. Your comparison to Castle is baseless. What he did was off board and without permission, and what's more he encouraged others to attack us in real life. Not remotely the same. You, in so many words, told me to shut up and fuck off when I defended Dayton against your unfairness for taking away his ability to report posts. Now your here crying fake tears for him when you think something is unfair towards him? Please. You're just trying to look worthy to score points, but every other chance you've taken you've shat on him from a great height and made his time here as difficult as possible....and done it after knowing he was having difficulty at work.
Why are the expecting more? You gave permission for the public school records to be posted. Maybe you should not have done so.
Two years ago. Which I thought were regarding my previous school and not the most recent one. So, is permission given two years ago infinitely transferrable into the future?
No. It is under discussion and people need to think twice about any additional disclosures of off site personal information.
Well, if you think reporting 2 - 10 year old posts with the intention of warnings being handed out, then the answer is yes using your own contentions without regard to the age of the post.
Dayton gave permission, and hearings involving public employees are there for the very reason that they are public record. Where LinkedIn and similar sources are brief in detail, and require more than just public access to garner further detail.
We are discussing the recent posts and whether they should be allowed. In the mean time, the thread is no longer public. This is temporary, but be advised that it may well come back without the posts revealing personal information. Whether any further action is taken is yet to be determined, but to be clear, anybody who posts the information again before this question is resolved will be given a break.
The one regarding Dayton's continued dumbassery? Why not just edit out the link and posts repeating the link? Dayton did say he would discuss it.
It's public information, Dayton has given more than enough personal info over the years that even Dayton himself could perform a Google search and find the information that was being discussed. He gave permission for it to be discussed, and he himself was the one that bragged about manhandling a lawyer without anyone bringing it up first. This is all on Dayton from the very beginning, including when he first started posting on here and at TrekBBS.
Dayton gave permission for his school stuff to be linked two years ago. The stuff in that thread was clearly posted on the basis of that pre-existing permission. It's also a matter of public record. If it must be edited out then so be it. But that's as far as it should go considering said prior permission.
