The 2015 report referenced something entirely different improvement plan wise (that was not for me individually) that was part of a new program implemented in the 2014-15 school year.

It's beyond obvious that the school was well within their rights to dismiss you. There's a huge difference between dwelling on the past and actually learning from it. Until and unless you get your teaching credentials revoked, it seems pretty obvious you will not learn a damn thing. So much the worse for the next school that will be saddled with you for the next three years.

What Dayton fails to tell you is that all these PM discussions are started by him and contain nothing different from what I tell him on open board. Frankly it's getting absurd the amount he starts. It's almost as if he's trying to hassle by PM.
