I would agree that Kaine ends up with it either way, or barring that the DP leans on her electors to vote for Biden - which is the key point...you can't sue to force the electors to do anything because the electors are not constitutionally bound to vote for the candidate who won the popular vote in the jurisdiction they represent. There's no legal authority on which to base a suit.

Some states may have laws which bind their electors to vote for the person who won the election but if so, they are legally bound to vote for Clinton regardless, but even that only applies to the first ballot if their are provisions for multiple ballots in the EC which...i don't know about that.

from what I see of typical prognosis, if you lot are claiming this arose from the concussion, even if she did have it it likely wouldn't become a factor in her serving for some time to come. Even untreated it can take 8-10 years to become debilitating.

she DOES have a politically unhealthy obsession with privacy, which is well documented to the point that she herself admits it is a flaw of her personality.

Given what we already knew of that, refusing to let anyone know when she's dehydrated, or actually ill, would be a perfectly characteristic behavior - and thus inadvertently provides fertile ground for the InfoWars fools to speculate about some thing like Parkinson's because it's quite correct that her instinct would be to hide that as well.

So the secrecy, on this point, IS politically stupid.
But that alone doesn't prove she does in fact have Parkinson's or any other serious condition.

She is a problematic candidate by any estimation. Her one selling point is that she's a a bad candidate who'd be at least a competent president, while he's a problematic candidate who can't possibly be anything other than a disaster of a president.
