Could be worse. You could vote for Trump without having a confusing ballot to blame. Or you could write in Ted Cruz or Ben Carson. Just think about that: Over 70% of Republican presidential primary votes this election cycle were cast for candidates who are definitively crazier and more dangerous than Pat Buchanan.
I'm not certain why people consider Cruz, Carson or Buchanan crazy. Though to many, apparently wanting the U.S. to exercise control of its borders is "crazy" for some reason.
Some men like to be tied up and get anal beads shoved in their ass. Some men like to vote for Hilary. And some men like both.
Yeah @John you totally should have..... .........voted for........ .........the Libertarian Party. The Libertarian Party: Trying to turn America into Mexico faster than the Democrats ever could.
Mexico is not the libertarian wonderland you think it is, dipshit. But hey keep up the @garamet propaganda. I know you wanna grab her by the pussy.
First, that's disgusting. Second, Mexico is the preeminent libertarian paradise this world has to offer. Mexico has one of the lowest tax rates in the world, an even lower tax collection rate, as close to a non existent government as you can get and a toothless government at that, a free market with almost zero regulations, dominance by the private sector and the government doesn't give two shits what you do so there is almost no government intrusion into one's life.
There are far better ways of perpetuating a corrupt system, if that is what I wanted to do. It's easy to sloganeer, and to espouse bumper sticker ideology, but it's another thing entirely to read and understand the issues. Before I choose a candidate, I read up on them, and I don't do it via bullshit sites that support my worldview. I spend time reading voting records, stated goals vs. accomplished goals, how they comport themselves around others. The end result is my vote goes to someone I feel is qualified to hold the office, regardless of whether or not my stances completely align with theirs. You can vote however you like, and you can rail all day on just why you think this or that candidate promotes a corrupt system, but it doesn't do anything for me. I already know why I've chosen to vote the way I have, and that's what matters for me.
Johnson/Weld. Trump is a demagogue and wannabe dictator. Clinton is too hawkish, too beholden, and too awful on civil liberties. Stein is terrible on economics and doesn't seem to understand what different branches of government do, plus her running mate is a real nutjob. Johnson's not perfect, but he's worlds better than the alternatives.
Sunny will be glad to make you the Tennis Ball Czar for your efforts. ...oddly enough, Lou the Beagle was reported as voting for Clinton.
I'm kind of excited about a Hillary win! Open borders? Fuck yes, don't build a wall....tear it down and the US will gladly pay the cost! Move the immigrants into the "battleground states" so the next election starts out with 269 electoral votes, making for a very short election night and America can tight with no worries. Free college? Hell yes, but only if you take Women's Studies 101, Muslim Superiority 101, Chicago Gun-fighting History 101, etc. Screw wondering if the US is going down the toilet - bear down on that handle with all due haste and flush us into the sewer!
Didn’t vote for Clinton so much as voted against Der Drumpfenführer. Also voted to reelect my House member, and for/against those of the bazillion California propositions that were important to me.
That's how people were gettin' 'em home before paper bags were a thing. And yes, smart asses, I'm aware that plastic bags were seen as a way to cut back on paper usage in the 60s. But no one anticipated exactly how many of these bags would end up in landfills or polluting our oceans or the fact that most of America does fuck all in the way of recycling. In Japan, you have six separate bins that pick up on four different days of the week...most sailors said fuck it and those who drove to work from their off-base housing just brought their rubbish and tossed them in the giant bins on the pier
A vote for Johnson is a vote for Hillary in 2020. Johnson get's 5% of the vote, and the Libertarian Party gets Federal matching funds in 2020. Which Johnson wants. A Libertarian candidate is more likely to split the Republican vote than the Democratic vote. Hillary's gonna need all the help she can get in 2020.
I won't lie, Prop 64 was 99 percent of the reason I bothered updating my vote mailing address. It's high time (no pun intended) that we stop treating cannabis as a boogeyman when more people die from tobacco, alcohol (by direct ingestion, by stupid decisions under the influence or being killed by someone's stupid decision), doctor prescribed pills or even Tylenol.
For the state representative, in my district I wrote in William Shatner. The nominee is fucking cunt. About 1/2 of the local election incumbent positions didn't have any opposition, so didn't matter if I voted for them or not.
