The only Republican I was willing to vote for was Rand Paul, they didn't want him, so I went for Johnson. I was never going to vote for Clinton.
I, for one, welcome our new insect overlords, er, Donald overlord. Reality tv is dead. Long live reality tv. Oh what a fun ride this will be if he pulls this off. [Bill, when you've wiped up, please keep close suicide watch on Hillary, and don't let her dig too deep into her bottle of anti-depressant pills.]
You know, I think Donald Trump might just win this. The NY Times Live Presidential Forecast says he has a >95% chance of winning at this point. I am somewhat astonished. I'm overjoyed if it holds, but astonished.
Let's put it this way; I felt that if the Republicans fielded a normal nominee like Jeb Bush he would have blown her right out of the water. But Trump? I think she'll win, but I'm astonished that it will be this close.
Before things can ever get better, they have to get really awful. Obama made it a good part of the way (after all, Americans weren't just cured of pride in US superiority, we're apologetic for ever feeling good about our many accomplishments). Maybe Donald is the catalyst that can actually trigger real change (even if it's postponed to a reaction to America post-Pres. Donald).
Clinton gets Oregon, Trump takes most of Nebraska. CNN is putting the electoral count at 197 Clinton, 187 Trump.
No. Jeb would have lost. Someone else could have done it but not him. He just doesn't have that "mojo" for lack of a better word. Are we watching the same election?
In all honesty, how many of those 200k were going to vote Clinton anyway? It seems like Johnson has siphoned off far more from Trump and the GOP.
I've been watching Veep for a few years now, it's very very funny tv. A guest appearance by actor of House vies with Elaine from Seinfeld in a 269-269 scenario where they both have a run at becoming POTUS in the HBO comedy.
Yeah, every liberal who can afford to do so immigrates out the country, leaving the Evangelicals to make America Christian Afghanistan and legislate morality. Dayton will cream his pants, so there's that.
Down to 15k. Clinton can lose Michigan and win everything else (including Iowa), or she can win Michigan and have a buffer of NH and any other remaining state (assuming WA goes Clinton, AK, UT, AZ Trump).
I don't think so. As much as I'm happy it looks like he's going to win I can't see him making much headway against Congress to change things for the better.
Bullshit. I didn't vote for the asshole, there will be no apology from me. If he wins and the consequent disaster unfolds, that's on his voters, not the rest of us.
I don't understand why no one has called Georgia for Trump. He's so far ahead that it's almost impossible for Hillary to win.
Yeah. She'll get Michigan, and then I think she's got it. Maybe. IO'm opening a third bottley of wine, but I'm now out of whiskey.
Michigan will probably end up going Clinton -- still plenty of Detroit precincts not reporting yet. Wisconsin is less clear. CNN is saying there's a lot of Milwaukee still out, but the gap is bigger there.
No bullshit motherfucker. Everyone remembers the stupid leftists who were apologizing to the world because America voted for George Bush. It was fucking hilarious and I fully expect to see all you emo-bitches doing the same thing again. Here's some examples from 2004:
