Prison staff is underpaid and overworked in most places. They don't have eyes and ears everywhere, and our system is designed to dehumanize people to the point of suicide. I mean, why do you care? Guy ain't sucking up your tax dollars anymore.
let's not open up that can of worms again - the state only has to take what are considered reasonable measures of responsibility - they cannot be 1oo percent proactive. They can't be "everywhere at once".
I heard something interesting this morning. An obscure Massachusetts law says that if someone dies BEFORE their appeals are exhausted their original conviction is voided. It's like it never happened. This could mean that the Patriots will owe Hernandez's family millions of dollars and that the family of the man he killed might have their civil suit voided as well since Hernandez will have never been convicted of his murder. And can't be now as he cannot assist in his own defense.
Even if such a law were on the books, I have to think that suicide on the part of the defendant would invalidate the possibility of the conviction being voided.
Yeah, that will happen someday. I think it is the twelfth of never. You troll for responses then you bitch when you get them. What you really want is everyone to agree with your sick world view and to help you to intimidate others with the popular opinion. It is never going to happen because most of the people with your world view don't use the internet. They are elderly and technology scares them.
Some morons had a candlelight vigil last night to "celebrate the life of Aaron Hernandez". That couldn't have actually happened, could it???
You might be well advised to consult an elder. They probably have a lot more wisdom than you do. You don't appear to have figured out much about life. If you had you wouldn't be in the situation you are in, now would you?
And Hernandez apparently dies an innocent man. http://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl...eath-could-leave-money-for-fiancee/ar-BBANjXO Final sentence at linked article Due to a Massachusetts state law, Hernandez died not guilty because his appeals process had not been exhausted.
Yeah he's still guilty as fuck in my mind though. Also he had a gay lover in prison apparently. It's not going to suck itself!
So his wife and children won't suffer do to his stupidity and the world is rid of a scumbag. Sounds like a win/win to me.
