http://www.mcclatchydc.com/news/nation-world/national/article172120712.html Republicans are trying to distract and delay the Congressional investigation chosing party over country.
Nope, you said that Mueller was going for the kill, but did not post any link saying that in the headline.
No, you posted a completely different article. You just used the same phrase, "going for the kill," when you did it.
It quoted a lot of the same stuff including "Mueller is going in for the kill." So it seems a different write up of the same quote thus my confusion.
http://www.thedailybeast.com/exclus...to-organize-anti-immigrant-rallies-on-us-soil We now know Russian operarive remotely organized Facebook events for "anti-immigrant" (Code for anti-illegal alien) rallies in the US during the 2016 election. Along with the ad buys, false stories campaign, and concerted use of Putin's government paid troll Army to post pro-Trump messages on social media, message boards, and comments sections... The scope of Russia's meddling in the US election is becoming more clear. Pro-Trump media also ran loads of stories which all seem to perfectly memic Kremlin talking points raising the spectre that collusion was much more systematic among the Republican geoups than previously thought possible. It wasn't just Trump but a lot of the right wing Republican backed groups and organizations who were colluding with Russia to influence election results.
Reguarding the Flynn investigation which has been rolled into the Mueller investigation. http://www.cnn.com/2017/09/13/polit...ddle-east-trip-disclosure/index.html?adkey=bn Another undisclosed business trip has been discovered where Flynn flew to Saudi Arabia to lobby/facilitate a deal on behave of a Russian government agency and the Saudi government. The Russian ties run deep yet some how they always forget to mention them despite getting paid big money by the Russians.
As a side jote more and more of that Trump dossier composed by a former British intelligence official is proving to be true.
https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/mike-flynn-s-son-subject-federal-russia-probe-n800741 Flynn's son is now officially a suspect in the investigation as well. We are not sure what for though he worked for his father's lobbying firm which worked with foreign powers. I know typically investigators try to grt dirt on people close to suspects so they can use that as leverage to get them to flip.
http://www.cnn.com/2017/09/13/polit...-request-denied-justice-department/index.html Wrt the Senate investigation Republicans have been doing two things to try to block, damage, or at least not help the Mueller investigation. First since last March the Trump administration has been refusing to allow any government employees to be interviewed on the record even if they have first habd knowledge of the events leading up to Comey being fired. Second Senate Republicans are trying to prevent Mueller from ever getting access to any of the testimony they are able to compell. The transcripts of the closed door testimony would be extremely useful to Mueller as they are all under oath and any lies or incomplete anwsers could result in criminal charges. Thus Mueller really wants them and Dems really want to give Mueller access while Republicans, in their desire to put party over country, are doing everything possible to obstruct that.
In another article on alternet the same author even gives credit to the Axios article. So that is why the two articles are so similar... The one you posted is just summarizing the one I posted. --------- Republicans with close links to the White House increasingly believe that special counsel Robert Mueller is “going for the kill” in his investigation into links between President Donald Trump and Russia, according to a report from Axios Tuesday. http://www.alternet.org/news-amp-politics/robert-mueller-going-kill-trump-investigation-report

More info on the search of Manafort's house. Apparently agents picked the lock, so it was a "no-knock" raid, if not quite in the most usual sense of the term. https://nytimes.com/2017/09/18/us/politics/mueller-russia-investigation.html
I'm so glad we've resolved No-Knock-gate so that we can get back to the more important issues, such as the piss tape.

We know from the ad buy information that the FSB was targeting very specific parts of very specific districts. That information is found in Republican voter data bases however and tge Trump campaign had access to all of it.
Looks like the Steele dossier (and infamous piss tape) has fallen under the purview of the special counsel. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-...-special-counsels-probe-sources-idUSKBN1C92WN
