I'm more inclined to Paganism, myself. Anyway, for what it's worth, I do know many amazing people who just happen to be Christians, and they try to embody all that Jesus taught them. They are the antidote to people like Dayton and TLS, but their voices aren't nearly as loud.

If there is impeachment it won't be until after Jan. 2019 and only if Dems take back the house which is a long shot given how gerrymandered the districts are. Even if Mueller finds the smoking gun for Trump's treason Republicans will always put party above country and will pretend there is nothing to see.

No matter what Trump did or is accused of doing it doesn't fit the definition of "treason" because legally Russia is not an enemy of the United States.

I believe it means that a person to become the greatest in the kingdom of heaven (or that is to enter into heaven) a person (a sinner naturally) must be converted and become like a child in that they are completely innocent of sin.

26 from the actual crime to the impeachment proceedings which didn't happen die to his resignation, but the investigation started a little more than a year after the crime occurred. I lived through it.

The Watergate comparison really doesn't hold up.

Watergate was a clear cut very obvious crime followed by an equally obvious cover up with very obvious undeniable evidence in the presidents own words.

The current (whatever you call it) though is loaded with gray areas and ambiguity. Plus unlike Watergate in which the investigators seemed to be at least on the surface a pretty straight up group as most I think will agree the current group of investigators seem to be fanatically against President Trump regardless.
