Whatever took him took him suddenly, and over the weekend.

Last visited just over 24 hours ago as well, definitely something fast.

It’s really strange reading that ‘Fallen’ thread since Chup, Muad, and Tamar all posted in it at some point.

Crazy that it’s been over ten years since Techman passed. That was so long ago... I didn’t even remember that I was the one who suggested changing the name of the Techforge forum in his honor. That was like a lifetime ago (for me anyway).

I think it’s obvious to most here that Chup was dealing with some serious emotional/mental issues. He was really irritating and infuriating at times. His posts were often volatile. But he was a very passionate and intelligent person and he lived an interesting life.

For good or bad, he contributed so much to this board... Wordforge won’t be the same.

As much as I am curious I really would not want his mom or family to have to tell it one more time. I could imagine being so sudden that they have to tell it a lot and that has got to hurt every time to tell it.
