global warming is real but climate change on this planet has always been occurring and obviously humans are a huge factor, but not necessarily the only factor
systemic racism is real but not everything is necessarily systemic racism, or to the degree that you imagine it to be in most cases
a history of U.S. backed coups is real but there is no evidence at this point in time that indicates this is the case here

True, but it becomes immediately clear, at least going by the article, who was pushing the claim of fraud the hardest. I think we're only starting to see the fallout from this. I've read from half a dozen sources in CA and SA about police cracking down on pro-Morales demonstrators. How much of that is accurate or not I can't yet say because when this shit happens, there's always mass confusion and uproar at first.

Couple things...

1.) Glad that you are finally recognizing what the OAS actually is. I doubt that you'll ever admit that you were wrong, but I'll take your posting as a concession.
2.) I figured there would be differences of opinion on this, but it's certainly not the U.S vs. everyone else.18 on one side and 17 on the other side indicates a clear divide on this.

No, I was wrong in thinking the OAS had a lobbying arm. I don't know why I thought they had a lobbying arm in each country, but mistakes happen. What I am pointing out though is that the OAS is influenced by the United States. I mean, you can read the example I posted above. The U.S. is adamant in saying that there was fraud, but it's not as clear cut as news articles are making it out to be.
