I briefly remember him running for office one time(999, his answer to everything) and then becoming a full time personality. And since I haven't had cable in many years and never listen to talk radio, I have no emotional connection to the guy either. Yeah, hard for me to muster up much sympathy for someone who willingly endangered his own life to prop up someone who will give him a tweet at best as acknowledgement of said sacrifice. I only wish more of the stupid buzzards would drop dead.

My prediction is that Trump will attempt to spin Cain's illness and death into a positive about Trump. Something along the lines of, "Herman Cain was a true patriot, like your favorite President, who believed in my plans to Make America Great Again! He knew I had done more for black people than any president, except maybe Abraham Lincoln. Not only did he support my agenda, he was a close personal friend."

He probably will ignore the notion that Cain contracted Covid-19 at a Trump rally or spin it into something like either "The Fake News Media is lying when it says Cain got sick because he attended one of my rallies" or "Herman's sacrifice to the Invisible Enemy must not be in vain!"
