I welcome the SCOTUS expansion arms race. A quorum of five to have the final say on the constitution is way too few people.

You'd still feel that way if it were the Republicans moving to pack the court?

I think anyone who is affiliated with either party should be disqualified.

Judges should not be making legal decisions based on ideology.

If the combination of Dem and GOP expansions get us to, say, 21 justices, so be it.

Personally, I don't want anybody packing the court. I kinda liked 4 vs 4 with one swing vote.

That's probably not a realistic possibility.
