then say it! But the situation (the much bigger picture) is much more complicated than you might think it is, but the left knows it all , so no sense in me talking. But I digress.
That aside if you aren't a professional military member and you want to "take the war into your own hands" (no matter what your political leanings) like this group of idiots right out of Hollywood central casting did, good luck with all that! Fuck there is so much evidence when these jokers get arrested I can hear their booty-holes pucker from here.
I don't know the real story on what "side" the woman who was shot was on (the losing side in this case duh) but then again I don't give a shit. You break into the Capitol, expect to get your money's worth is all I can say about that.

yes I was amazed at how clueless these idiots are. Not at all cognizant of their surroundings - no situational awareness.
And I totally get that plans can go askew (that's what plans do) but when you literally have...no...plan you might want to consider a hasty extraction and call it a day.

Hmm... A wanna-be tyrant, who we've been talking about being a wanna-be tyrant since he announced his candidacy, attempted a coup de tat of the US Federal Government not just while a Joint Session of Congress was underway, but a Joint Session of Congress to ensure the peaceful transition of power.

That about sum it up? Yeah, that's pretty (colorful metaphor) complicated.

I would like to add that it appears that the wanna-be tyrant had help from a not-insignificant portion of the Capitol Police. So, not only is the wanna-be tyrant complicit, but so are several legislators, a not-insignificant portion of the Capitol Police, and many, many off-duty Police and Federal employees.

Yeah, I'd say "complicated" is an understatement.

Apparently onions are a home remedy of sorts for the effects of tear gas.

So it could be that she was using the onion to face being injured (which would be pretty much on-brand), or it could be that she brought it anticipating violent confrontation. Neither option is flattering, of course.

You know, sometimes Alabama gets a bad rap. Unfortunately, a lot of times it's deserved. But, sometimes it's not.

I'm positively swimming in family, friends, and associates that are Always-Trumpers. I've actually seen signs of hope since all this went down. People, in rural Alabama, have finally started to connect the dots. They are blaming Trump for this whole debacle.

If "hicks" and "rednecks" from rural Alabama are having a "Shaka, when the walls fell" moment, and you can't, well, that says a lot about you. You're Captain Smith riding the Titanic down saying, "What iceberg!?!?!?"

literally proven via internal documentation and various traffic metrics. The Daily Wire being the primary beneficiary. In fact at one point they were running a mass-posting machine that directly breaks Facebook rules and the site didn't punish them at all for it.

Likewise, Republican PACs were running ads for Georgia that were against the rules, watchdogs would flag them and demand Facebook remove them, which they eventually get around to and then the same people put essentially the same ad breaking the same rules up in place of them and Facebook again pretends not to notice until watchdogs scream, and the cycle repeats - while the PAC never suffered any "strikes" for repeated rule violations.

Zuck is as much a GOP operative as Rush Limbaugh, just in a sneakier fashion

In the Trump-raging-on-Twitter age, we forget that the President of the United States has a whole Press Corps hanging on his every word. Most of the office space in the West Wing is occupied by his Press Secretary, the Director of Communications, and their staff. I don't think the President would have trouble getting his message out through more...traditional means.
