No, it just means left leaning citizens are more discerning and honest about their approval of politicians. Number 3 and number 6 is where you went wrong. There is nothing about modern American Christianity the remotely resembles the teachings of Jesus. And the Ten Commandments ... well ... why isn’t pedophelia and rape on there rather than an absurd insistence that *I* am the one true God? and number 6 is just the fantasies of a survivor of a traumatic childhood.
Those roadside trash cans that OF mentioned lining the roadways? Big government, spending taxpayer money. The environmental regulations that go into keeping the air and water clean? Big government, the kind that people like the Koch brothers have spent millions fighting against because they threaten corporate profits.
I think libertarians can enjoy the benefits of a healthy environment just as much as anyone else ... while remaining blissfully naive about the way the policies they support are constantly working against that outcome.
Then let's turn it around: Do you care about the environment and, if so, what are you doing about it?
Of course he cares about the environment. He just doesn't want to pay for it, or be inconvenienced by rules designed by big gubmint to protect it.
Well, in the way a rapist doesn't want his victim to bite his rod. They don't want Roundup in their exact glass of water. They care in THAT way. Global warming is too murky for them to wrap their imaginations around.
He's only been in office a month. Poll ratings are, in today's climate, nonsense. Because they don't show any real data except who's a Democrat and who's a Republican. Despite that, Biden will never have approval ratings the way trump did and it's not because trump was a better president. It's because those who supported trump only cared about 2 or 3 different issues - abortion and guns. Biden, on the other hand, must attempt to appease a wide range of issues including, but not limited to - women's rights, LGBTQ rights, gun control, economic equity, health care, student loans - already we're at 200% more issues than trump had to deal with and that is not even a complete list. So, everyone fully expects Biden's numbers to drop significantly. That will not in any way diminish anything he accomplishes.
I am actually hopeful. Biden is listening, and he may feel the urge to do really good things. He has a congress full of pissbabies below him. Maybe he has evolved and seen some progressive light and wants to make a positive mark in his term rather than just being the guy who won against the worst president ever. I am putting ever out there because there is a very strong argument that the orange cheetolini was the worst ever. When america goes big, we go big.
yeah, lick those Biden boots! Tasty? So Trump supporters only cared about two issues? Well that's double the issues that Biden "supporters" cared about. They only had one - get rid of Trump. Now get back to your boot licking.
Wow. You *are* as dumb as a box of rocks, aren't you? Nothing in your post reflects anything that correlates to what I posted - except that trump supporters only cared about two issues. Can you address that? trump cozied up to our nation's worst enemies and you didn't object because he still supported gun rights and opposed abortion. trump made a deal to send trillions of dollars in weapons to Saudi Arabia, but you said nothing because he still supported gun rights and opposed abortion. trump wasted millions of tax dollars playing golf, but you said nothing because he still supported gun rights and opposed abortion. Compare that to anything Obama did. Obama supported the TPP and liberals raged Obama backpedaled on including a single payer option in the ACA and liberals raged. Obama ordered drone strikes and liberals raged. Where was your rage against trump?
Getting rid of Trump was the priority, not the issue. Now that he is out of office we can go back to focusing on many important issues.
No, no ... you see, the way it worked is, we all just decided we hated Trump for reasons that had nothing to do with any policy or action. Nope, none whatsoever.
like impeachment? That was a great example of staying the course. To be fair, it's apparent by the outcome the Democrats didn't waste too much time on the project.
You know, I actually believed your assertion yesterday about Biden's executive orders. I ceded the point thinking you were correct. Then it was pointed out that those orders were part of his campaign platform all along. Egg on my face.
