Same here with Safari and with Firefox on my work desktop. It's stable on the personal laptop I used for surfing the web at home. :chris:

And click the “Forums” link for now, not the “Home” link or the logo, to get back to the top.

No, our cert was issued just fine. It just won’t install because we’re running on ancient software that doesn’t have the full trust chain unexpired (an intermediate CA’s cert expired), and for some reason TBD, my efforts to replace it with an unexpired one are failing.

Our membership is lagging due to the problem. Better fix it soon or Xmas sales will be affected. Black Friday is just a few days off.

I have cleared out everything I came with firefox cookies and am still not able to get on with firefox on win 10 laptop. All clearing the cookies and cache did was to cause the invalid certificate erron and when I tried to continue it gave me the sorry error from post 19.

Not necessarily. I can see posts, click on a thread, then when I hit the link back to the forum, I get the 404 error and have to close all chrome tabs, open an all new window, and then get back in. Don’t you guys get notices in advance of this stuff?

Seriously, this. @Ancalagon, @shootER, et al., let us know if it's pricey and we'll chip in.

Also, for anyone who needs a good browser, as @Tuckerfan mentioned earlier: Vivaldi is Chrome based, and lets you in without any issues. Everything is formatted correctly, too. It's what I use.

Clearing cookies in Chrome didn't work for me. Opera is still the only browser that works (that I want to bother downloading).

Suffice it to say, I will not be contributing to the Wordforge Super PAC next month. Good luck feeding Baba on Christmas.

Well, thank you @Amaris for the advice on the browser. So I am up and posting again. I should have known I was going to jynx firefox when I posted the alls good. Sorry to people using firefox as I cut the small strings that were keeping it going.

Is it a matter of contributing because I use the system a lot and if it will help then all I ask is when my feet rot you allow me to make my avatar picture the rotting stumps in memory of the time I was a substitute high school football coach.

    Or maybe not.

    Good luck and god speed.

Ah, the main one I use in the upper dark grey band directs to the https site, but the one in the lower lighter grey doesn't.
I'll just re-gear my mind to use that one.

I am actually a bit OK with the new cloaking device WF has installed. It is sort of cool that you have to load up an obscure browser to properly see the site because it fucks up all the systems the main viewers run on.

Maybe you just need to properly spin the present system as a cloaking field to keep the idiots out. Won't Oldfella be surprised when he tried to come back and he can't get on. The people at TK are probably freaking out as we speak because their moon has been cloaked but they are still in webspace jail.
