I was in the crowd that was convinced that whatever big dreams Biden said he had, the Old Guard leadership in Congress, particularly an evenly divided senate, wouldn't be up to it.

But fair is fair, Chuck Schumer has done every single thing one could reasonably have expected from him. There are still some grumbles I have about the slowness of some votes - and the Judiciary committee chair is being too nonchalant about the confirmation schedule - BUT it looks like they are going to hold/expand their majority so that's less of an issue.
