It is OK for anyone to challenge an election and say it's stolen. If all Trump did was to claim election fraud was to repeat 24-7 that the election was stolen, there'd be little to no issue.

It's not, however, OK to engage in break laws in order to support one's claims of a stolen election. You can't obtain election data illegally in an attempt to prove that the election was stolen. You can't put forth false electors in an attempt to obscure who the true electors were. You can't try to pretend that the Vice President has powers that he doesn't to overturn the results of the election because you don't like them.

That decision rests with a five member board, which is appointed by the governor. The best part is that the board can only consider pardons after the convict has served 5 years of their sentence.
