    The Russians are barely able to build significant surface ships in less than a decade +. The Minsk is 1970's vintage Soviet legacy equipment, but the Sub is the real loss, a newer build submarine of recent vintage.

    Is there any commentary in mainstream media about why Zelensky has dismissed his defense minister and all of his immediate subordinates? That sounds like a pretty important thing. US officials were apparently frustrated at the conduct of the offensive being insufficiently aggressive, despite the large body count. Are they exacting a price for more support?
