It was signed into law by President Joe Biden on June 3, becoming effective immediately.

This convention would repeal the 16th and 17th amendments, amend the 14th amendment to make it more clear who can and can’t be citizens, include a balanced budget amendment, include a public option for healthcare, establish an independent commission to audit federal spending, eliminate the federal reserve, eliminate various alphabet agencies, impose congressional term limits, impose judicial term limits, allow the states to nullify federal laws with a 2/3 vote and strictly define the commerce clause. I’d also like to lift the cap on representatives. I’m sure there’s probably something I’m leaving out, but those are the main things.
