He was removing the boy from custody of his mother because she had been keeping him despite the father having court ordered full custody for the last 2 years. The kid is malnourished, and apparently still illiterate at 10 years old.

So cop is removing (a possibly brain washed) apparently malnourished and neglected kid from, what appears to be, a bat shit crazy non custodial parent, said kid apparently bites said officer, officer slaps get to get him to stop, the problem is? I'm sorry should the office just be the kids chew toy? Would things be better if he tased the kid?
