Far off in sunlit places Sad are the Scottish faces Yearning to feel the kiss of sweet Scottish rain Where tropic skies are beaming Love sets the heart a'leapin' Longing, and dreaming of the homeland, again :scotland:
I don't play the Sims, but my bridge commander mods are slightly out of balance, I think. There is no way my Connie-refit USS Enterprise shouldn't be able to handily whup a TNG era D-7M K'T'Inga class cruiser. I'm gonna have find a way to mod the .dat files and massage the stats...
I never liked the mod version on Bridge Commander. Every time I tried to play against other ships (practice battles or whatever) they'd shoot like 10,000 torpedoes out at me and kill me really fast. However... I did win it at least twice in the regular mode. Without cheating.
You've just got to pick and choose your mods. Some balance well against one another, and others are totally out of whack. There is a mod of the Constitution Class USS Defiant that can kick the crap out of the Sovereign or destroy a whole squadron of D-7's by itself. That's an example of highly unbalanced.
Ohh... alright. There's a new BC-type game out already... Legacy? I think. It looked about the same, but the graphics look a lot better. I might just get that sometime and see if there's any good mods for it. And the Last Word is mine.
