Well...given the fact that paternity is involved, it's more like Maury Porvich's department..anywhoo... http://abcnews.go.com/TheLaw/LegalCenter/story?id=3195632&page=1 there's three pages of this, and for the sake of space, I won't post them here. I think this person had the right idea with: Poor kid. There's many jokes to make about the stupidity of these men and the skankiness of a woman sleeping with twin brothers, but ultimately it's this child who got more fucked over. Le sigh.
Actually, I have no problem with this woman sleeping with both brothers, but I do see a tackiness in the actions of the twins. I agree with the split idea.
So this inbred fuck wants us to pay for his mistakes? They should both pay, since it will be nearly impossible to determine who is the father.
You think that is fucked up. How about three weeks before you ship off to Basic finding out that while yeah you were an 'oops' baby, not in the way you expected. And that your "sister" who is 17 years older than you is a little more than a sister. Yeah.
Morally, yes, both should pony up since this is their daughter/niece and they both obviously don't give a fuck, which is contemptible. Legally, however, it's a different story. Sometimes a less than fair decision has to be made to protect the rights of everyone. You can't prove paternity here. You can't compel either man to pay. What precedent does that set? I've heard of married guys getting screwed that way because the husband is presumed to be the father by the state even if it's proven otherwise--and the child should come first. That's a well intentioned law. Those are toughies, especially if the child is older and has bonded emotionally with the father. How do you explain to a 13 year old that daddy has bailed? If I were the husband I'd say, "Fine. I'll pay, but I'm damn well taking custody." If the child is an infant and hasn't bonded with the husband who isn't the father, I don't think the husband should be compelled to pay. These twin brothers should pay, but they won't. Legally, I don't see her having much recourse. Let this be a lesson, ladies. Don't have unprotected sex with identical twins on the same day. Talk about an abject lesson in how to fuck yourself over. How stupid is this woman? I'd love to be a fly on the wall when she tries to explain it to her daughter. The cycle will repeat. The daughter will be boy crazy trying to get validation from boys because she got none from her daddy and she's seen two men fleeing from responsibility her entire life. She won't respect her mother. That's a given. Poor kid's fucked already. She should have been given up for adoption.
She didn't fuck herself over as much as she hurt her daughter. I see why the Alberts aren't jumping into parenthood.
This case is one of the reasons I support abortion rights. Some people are just too fuckin' stupid to be allowed to breed.
Sometimes not being born would be preferable than being brought into that sort of shit. Geez, bad form all around in this situation.
Meh, I know of much, much worse. I've had the, erm, pleasure of meeting a woman who 1) had a thing with brother 1 then 2) married brother 2 and had two kids with him, 3) left brother 2 for brother 1, and 4) is now awaiting trial on rape and other charges after video was found of her and brother 1--40 years in the pokey (curently 52 years old) after taking a plea deal--having sex with the kids--one boy, one girl, ages 11-14 and 8-12 over the years involved--she had with brother 2. Some things are too bad even for Springer.
