Since when does anybody spell "U-S" with a hyphen? Are reporters not even required to go to school any more?
So they bombed a village because somebody rather unreliable pointed a finger and said 'terrorisssst!!!'? Nice. I hereby point at face. Go Navy.
You heard her people. The source was unreliable. The Navy obviously slaughtered a peaceful villiage. Fire up the war crimes trials.
It's always fun to read the news about this 'war'. Makes it sound like there are masses of terrarissssts moving around. Like, armies. I'm glad you'd trust the Somali government to not enlist the willing help of the US to do a little dirty work for them. They'll get the applause of the brainless no matter if the village was infested with those mythological terrarisssst hordes or harmless families as long as good 'murican boys kill... somebody
I FIGURED OUT WHY I LOVE CASS' POSTS!! I love alternate history/reality stories.... Each of her posts is like it's own little alternate reality. P.S. I noted that the only people who care that Enterpriser may be posting here are Cass, Garamet and Teh Baba...just an observation.
Dear Lord, it's Archangel. Now let's wait for Sokar to turn up, put a lid on the thread and let the manure compost until spring.
Is the applause of the brainless really any different than the contempt of the brainless? Neither rely on facts or information. Both are equally brainless.
I really don't get why you're getting so angry at the news article. Governments pull shit like that all the time. You'd be really pissed if you tried living in Honduras. No terrorism to speak of, but their government makes Mr. Bush look smarter than Hawking!
So we're both brainless, but only one of us asks questions. It's always fun to see the 'libertarians' being those who question governments and their goals the least
I disagree. Questions can help you understand things much more than you do now. Asking questions on a topic you know about can only help.
Let me help you until the rest of the manure arrives to fester and we have to go: Seafood Fettucine 1 (16 ounce) package dry fettuccine noodles 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 cup chopped green onions 4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced 1 pound medium shrimp - peeled and deveined 1 pound sea scallops 2 cups half-and-half cream 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional) Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Melt butter in a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in onions and garlic, and cook for 1 minute. Add shrimp and scallops, stirring to combine, and cook 3 minutes more. Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour half-and-half, salt, and pepper into the pan and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Do not boil. Gradually sprinkle 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese over seafood mixture and continue stirring another minute. Remove from heat. Toss cooked pasta into the pan, coating thoroughly. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese, and serve. It's the Wordforge way!
I think that's a script intended to be read on the radio, which the station for some inexplicable reason decided to post on its Web site without reformatting. Broadcast scripts have a style all their own.
And then there's Archangel, commenting on it at every possible opportunity just to assure us how much he doesn't care. Posting "I don't care" is Face's gig. Try to be original, just once?
And print media is getting sloppier and sloppier. I'd also like to know when and why it became a trend to put every word in a headline in upper case, including the articles and prepositions. To hell in a handbasket, I tell ya...
Hey, dawg. If I get 20+ posts of off-topic comments isn't that the same as if no one commented at all? lol This place really is turning into teh dramaforge, isn't it?
