And many police stations will provide it, I believe, if you've been raped.

Which is about the only occurrence I can think of where you'd absolutely need the morning after pill.

Yeah but these arguments could get ridiculous quick. I grew up playing with toy guns, and as they're not illegal I think my son should be able to grow up playing with them too. Instances of pregnancy from rape are fairly small. It happens, but not so much that it can be leaned on so heavily for a crutch.

And as for the stupid mistake: We all have to pay for them. I made lots of mistakes in my life that I'm still paying for.

As far as rape goes, the drug could be stocked in hospital pharmacies to be administered to rape victims if they request it.

That said, I do think it's hypocritical to refuse the morning-after pill, yet still sell condoms.

Do you have children? Do you want them to have to suffer with the consequences of every single mistake made as a kid for the rest of their lives?

Oh well, that's good, because no rape victim has even been so shamed and scared shitless that they avoided a doctors (or police) office afterwards.
