    The video is really impressive. Most people know that the Wiimote pointer functionality works by tracking two stationary infrared light sources. This guy turned the idea upside down and instead has the wiimote mounted so it is stationary and is tracking moving infrared sources.

    It's not perfect, but it looks like it works damn well for the price. I'll be giving it a try out at some point.

    Damn, looks pretty impressive. I might have to put that together, as I'm a whore for this sort of stuff.

    Oh my! Since my TeamBoard won't calibrate anymore (upper left corner is off badly), I think this might bring it back to life. For now it's just an overpriced whiteboard.

    A guy over at SA has this up and running - he said that the hardest part was actually getting the light pens to work.

    It'd be nice to combine the light with a switch for the pen as well, so that you didn't have to hold the button on the side to write with it. I'm not sure that I have the engineering know-how to pull that off, though :(.

    I have to wait until I get back from my break - details coming soon!

    Or a persistent contact button rather than a momentary contact button.

    Or if you can't work that out, how about a switch.

    Guy creates home brew head-tracking VR setup with Wii remote

    [yt=This is beyond cool]Jd3-eiid-Uw[/yt].

    This guy seriously needs to patent this though. He could be a rich fella.

    Oh, this has got to make it into games.
