    OK. In the past I haven't been above playing up the aspect of living in a tropical paradise. But it comes at a cost. The Californians will likely be nonplussed, but those of you in the South or in places like Nebraska...

    Turns out there's a condo for sale in my building. The elevator came before I got a chance to read the flier, but basically, for those of you who wish you lived in Hawaii, for only $162,000 (plus about $250 a month maintenance fees) YOU could own a beautiful 360 square foot studio apartment! :cool:
