Hood pitched a massive fit and left. Asked for his account to be deleted and everything. He then proceeded to write Elwood the slimiest goodbye note known to man. He's never asked for his account to be re-opened, but if he did I would be surprised if the man paying the bills would want him back on his property after the shit Hood said to him...but maybe he would. Elwood would have to answer that for himself, obviously.
The amount of "rep" you give out every day suggests you seem to get pretty wound up about it yourself...

Obviously I'm not privvy to their private communication, but from what I've been lead to understand I thought Hood just said that he thought Elwood was a fake, especially in his Southern Gent persona, and he didn't want to be at WF anymore under his ownership because he didn't think he was doing a particularly good job of running things at the time. I also don't think he had any intention of coming back and it was a calculated rather than histrionic move, as it was coming up to his exams and wanted to be severed from a board that was proving to be an irresistible but irritating distraction. I don't doubt for a second that he'll have been more painfully cutting than the brief synopsis above, as he has been so with me on occasion when I've done or said something he disapproves of. It's the way it is, and there's two options -- you handle it or you don't. To be honest, I've seen accusations worse than 'you're crap at being a bulletin board leader' about many individuals on this board -- and also done in public -- to whip up a . But then, I would say that because Hood's my friend and Elwood's yours.
The problem is, I don't vary with ratings. I pay the bills, therefore I am as constant as the northern star.
I don't think anyone doubts that. I just think there are worse bogeymen out there who have said worse stuff than Hood said to you and to weaker people. I don't get why it's still such an issue of pride all this time on. I don't get why there's no ambivalence. But who cares, I've put forward what I think based on what I understand, and it's up to you if you take any notice or not. I like Hood, you don't, end of.
