He and Gabby tag-teamed the trash can this past weekend and ate a shit ton of pork ribs. Gabby seems to have coped, but Kip's got a bunch of sharp bone shards all packed up in his lower intestine. The Vet's tried laxatives, enemas, and all that stuff but he can't poop. He's in surgery right now. They're trying to squeeze it out of his colon directly. If that doesn't work they're going to have to actually cut into the colon its self and get it all out that way. The latter is a major big deal and can get pretty dicey. Hang in there Kip. Show that turd who's boss!
He's Okay! They cut him open, reached in, grabbed ahold of his gut, and squoze the shit out of it. He's gonna have a sore ass for a while, but he's going to pull through.
In a perfect world, this would teach the dog to STAY OUT OF THE GARBAGE! So I'll go ahead and start sending up prayers for when he gets back in the trash next week sometime.
