They've managed to make Jar Jar Binks mildly tolerable.

Meh. Tolerable, but I'm still not very entertained by this series.

    It's so... dull.

I wonder if it has something to do with it being all CGI? And its missing the iconic Star Wars music.

I liked the Tartovsky (sp?) Clone Wars so much more... even if it was in that cartoonish, hyper-real style.

I love it, not so sure about Jar Jar though.

I've really enjoyed it, so far; much more than I enjoyed II or III.

There's something seriously wrong with a star wars show or movie NOT having that music. Even the Family Guy spoof Blue Harvest had the John Williams music.

I never had the hate for Jar Jar so many people do. Sure he's annoying and outlandishly clumsy, and dumb as a fucking brick, but I know some people just like him.

The Jar Jar episode means that Clone Wars is dead to me now. :bergman:

I'm willing to let it continue until they decide Grievous should be an asthmatic pansy again; in which case it will be nuked promptly with Jar Jar strapped to the warhead.

First they turn Anakin into a respectable leading man, and now they've made Jar Jar tolerable? I'd say they're doing pretty well.

    Still annoying as hell.

I can't be the only one thinking "Well, maybe he'll meet a gruesome demise...wait, didn't he have about 10 seconds of screen time in EpIII? :bang:"

The problem is when you introduce a character who is directly aimed at kids you can't later chop his head off with a lightsaber. Not without scarring some six year olds mind.

"Look Mummy, It's Jar Jar Inks!"
    - 'Mesa not like da look of dat lightsaber' -
    - zap -
"OOhhhhh my God! AHHHHHHHHHH! Jar! Jar!"
