Has anyone seen this show? It's pretty entertaining watching Seagal relate everything back to martial arts training. He's like a big, fat, white Mr. Miyagi. I also like how when he's speaking to black people, he uses ebonics.

I will say this for the guy: He is a fantastic shot. He also has some nice pistols for the 1911 lovers out there. It looks like he's carrying a full custom Colt.

Who knew he had been a Deputy for some twenty years? Seems he was invited to teach some basic martial arts moves then asked to join up.

Make no mistake though it's still Steven Seagal yet he is much more likable in "real life." It's clear he knows a bit more about giving a beatdown than acting. And he is indeed a fantastic shot.

Of course his hair still remains a mystery.

Just watching it on ninja right now.

Noticed that he got really out of breath getting out of the car.

Yeah he's still a bit more than stout. Notice too that he's a terrible backseat driver.*

*He was actually sitting in the passenger seat but the sentiment remains the same

Did like how every time he had something to say he just had to bring up that he does martial arts.

    What channel is this on?

I can understand the martial arts thing. Its no different than everything Dog the Bounty Hunter talks about connecting back to Jesus.

See, I would think Seagal would be terrible as a "lawman". I'd think every two-bit perp would try to throw down with him, just to see how tough he is.

They probably don't recognize him until they're already in cuffs. The guy is looking pretty worn and about 80lbs heavier than he was in his last movie (whatever that was). He's also about a foot taller than anyone he's encountered in the episodes I've seen. Dude ain't small.

During the height of his popularity, he wrote some fascinating articles in some of the gun rags. Now, as with most things in the gun rags, a lot of it was horse shit, but some of it was practical.

There actually was a time when he was considered to be a competent and professional bodyguard/security consultant.

I demand a reality show with Dog and Steven Seagal fighting crime together.
