I drew the design on some notebook paper, and my drawing ability is more or less equivalent to that of a twelve-year-old with severe autism. Making things worse, for some reason, gray wash doesn't show up on my skin, and black ink doesn't like to stay put. I was going to get it touched up a while ago, but I decided, being my first tattoo, the crudeness added to the meaning. My second tattoo I designed with Photoshop, as I will do with any future tattoos I get.
