The last I checked, it doesn't matter if you're in the U.S. legally or illegally, the laws (and constitution) still apply to you. EXAMPLE: if you were doing something that was legal here but were visiting Germany and it's illegal, you're subject to THEIR laws.
As regards the Arizona law, it's racist. You think that the cops are going to stop a white person (Wow, they may be dangerous Canadians!). No, they're going to go after anyone not white. Many Hispanics immigrated here legally and are going to be harassed for the color of their skin.

Um... no. They're not going to "go after" anyone at all. They won't be asking for identification under any circumstances other than the ones for which they would ask for identification otherwise, i.e. Terry stops, investigating other crimes and so on. In the event that, during a normal investigation, it becomes evident that the person they've stopped is in the country illegally, they are now empowered to detain that person and turn them over to the feds. That goes for Mexicans who speak no English and can produce only a Consular Metricula card (which Mexico issues to illegal aliens here) or no I.D. at all as much as it goes for eastern European illegals who speak no English and/or can't produce I.D., and yes, we have more than a handful of those here too.

There's nothing racist about it, except when people come along and defend illegal aliens based on their race.

In some places, yes. In other places, such as in sanctuary cities, government employees are prohibited from determining citizenship status and illegals end up on welfare and other social services.

If these taxes were sufficient to defray the costs of social services, they'd be all the taxes any of us are expected to pay. Not a good tactic, that one.
