It seems like the things that President Obama is actually doing under the excuse of security to the nation are things President Bush was accused of but never really happened.

I think this President and his administration are way over the line. Especially when they expect people to be subjected to high doses of radiation for a useless body scan.

If I had to guess, I'd say it's probably not true. It's more likely government-spread disinformation to intimidate people into going through the pornoscanners and to discourage further opt-out days.

What if some "troublemaker" list does exist and it gets in our way for other shit like NCIS checks for guns or used as denial for home loans, or oops, now you're on a no fly list because you share the same name as a terrorist.

All this shit they are doing is just hardening people's heart against flying and hurting the economy even more. People aren't traveling as much then they are not staying in as many hotels, eating at as many restaurants,etc.

Supposedly the government monitors web traffic and looks at anything that has keywords in them. There are some who believe that any mention of the President, or his name are looked at and analyzed.

ISP's are required to maintain data from their customers for a number of years as well.

They can put me on a list called "Citizens Who Refuse to Put Up with This Shit".

TSA: "Just wanted to make sure you didn't leave it behind."

Me "Along with my coat, shoes, belt, and backpack?"

TSA (looking slightly hassled now): "Well you never know..."
