    It's absolutely outrageous.

I wish that woman had been on the rag when that sleazoid stuck their hand inside her panties.

I think that specifically goes over the screening->sexual harassment line.

Just FYI: A real bonafied female police officer can't even do that.

But it's okay for the goons at the TSA too.

Someone also needs to tell Obama and his administration that the courts have ruled we do have a right to air travel.

Yeah, but the courts have also ruled that you waive your 4th Amendment rights when travelling by air because there are other options for traveling. US v Davis 482 F.2d 893, 908

Hey, a thought here: Given that the police can't conduct pat downs in this manner, if you, as an officer, were to observe this happening, would you be legally allowed to arrest the TSA officer? And if so, would you be legally bound to do so, especially if it's a crime in progress?

It is all about consent. You are theoretically free to NOT get gate raped. You can decline. But it is like the old put-out-or-get-out on a date. If you don't want to walk home, you'll accept their advances.

That's all well and good...but aren't they now threatening people with $10,000 fines if they don't go through the entire process?

I thought I read that somewhere in all these articles.

9th Circuit Court's ruling are not binding on the whole country.

Until SCOTUS rules, I can say with good conscience that it's a violation of Amendment 4.

Well see?! There you go! You're perfectly free to walk away at any time. Yes, you'll have to pay a $10,000 fine and go on the Obama's "Enemies" list, but you're perfectly free.

I think that if I have to put up with either the scanner or enhanced fondling, they should have to smile and laugh as I make smart-ass comments. All of my smart-ass comments, and not punish me for them in any way.

    I don't think that's asking too much.

For the scanner, I have this idea that's similar to balloon animals. The difference is, instead of a balloon, it's my penis.

Disclaimer: All statements in this post are mine alone and should reflect only upon me an no one or anything else.

Personally, I have no problem if a real police officer who went to a real police academy see's my magnificent male member. However, I feel really strongly about some two-bit fucktard that had two weeks of class room training and one week of on-the-job training running a Federal "Security" Checkpoint.

When you have to submit to the same background checks, psychiatric checks, and training I had to submit to, you can touch my junk. But, not one millisecond before. :bailey:

Oh, and I read something today that just tickled my grits. TSA "Agents" want nothing more than to be considered a "real" part of the Law Enforcement Community.

Well, I got an e-mail today. My favorite store in the whole wide world did something today. They revoked the TSA.

It's a Law Enforcement only store. In that, they ask to see a commission card the moment you walk in the door. If you can't produce one, you're told to leave. They're an agency level supplier that runs a "retail" store only as a courtesy to the individual officers.

They sent out an e-mail today to all of their account holders saying that most Federal and all State, County, and Municipal ID's would continue to be honored, but anyone holding a TSA ID would no longer have access to their store or individual officer pricing on any merchandise.
