    Those countries also don't have populations nearing 300 million, who are going to scream hell when they actually SEE 9% sales tax on their receipts. This 999 plan hasn't got a chance in hell of passing for just that reason. Don't misunderstand, he may win enough primaries to get the nomination, he may even get elected, but if Congress passes his plan "as is" they'll know damned well there will be hell to pay in two or six years after our stupid populace which doesn't look beyond an hour in their lives goes to buy a 1000 dollar tv and says "WHADDYA MEAN I OWE 100 DOLLARS IN TAX, IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE 60????? WHAT HAPPENED TO 6%!!!!!!!" "Well, you also got all those tax cuts." "FUCK THEM!" And the Democrats will be putting graffiti all over the airways to further confuse them.
