Not blaming her per se. I have a daughter myself, and she's no rocket scientist, but she does know that if you hang around bad people long enough, bad things happen. Regardless, I don't expect thug gang members to behave themselves like the average citizen. They're a threat, to be avoided like rabid dog. Let their parole officers and counselors figure out why they act like they act. My job is to keep me and mine away from them. It's like rattlesnakes.
