Personally, I'd rather they be locked up for life in the most minimal circumstances possible and doing hard labor in the hot desert. Maybe raising pigs or something. I don't rejoice in anyone's death. Perhaps occasional palpable relief that someone's reign of terror is over for good...but I don't party over anyone's demise.
