All it sounds like is they agreed not to be anti-Gay which they weren't to begin with..so lets see they were making money before the boycott and a lot more money during the boycott and now they'll make even more with the new restaurants they'll open in Chicago sounds like Chick Fl A won the battle and the war.

Skin came in talking about "counter-boycott" being the sloppy, inefficient way to communicate the same idea as the fairly-recently-coined but far more elegant word buycott. Don't go getting old-woman-grease on the goalposts trying to pretend Skin was talking about something else.

And yet the definition of "buycott" to which you linked described it as buying more of a product in order to support a position one approved of.
