Nightwish scares off another singer

Annette might not have the voice of Tarja Turunen, but Imaginaerum is still their best album (and I love them all). Glad I saw the band live in Vienna this spring. It was a good concert with a slightly weird playlist. However, it's not music for an indoor arena and feels like you're getting constantly hit by a train.

I love "Last of the Wilds" (and even posted it in the Green Room YouTube thread). Their vocal songs pop up every once in a while on Pandora and I think whoever's singing has a great voice, very pretty and clear, but singing doesn't belong on an instrumental channel doggoneit. I should make a point of looking them up more consistently.

A friend of mine has been trying to get me to listen to this band.

I didn't think I'd like Finnish symphonic metal, but the songs of theirs I've heard I've really liked.

The Islander, Whoever Brings The Night, Crownless... man, I love their music.
