No, you're not. But you're basing your belief on wishful thinking as opposed to hard data. And the people who base conclusions on hard data disagree with you.
It would be difficult for any of us to reach those depraved depths as often as Liet believes Sandbagger manages.
There's plenty of hard data that goes into my analysis. I read dozens of articles a day from multiple news outlets. I form my opinion the same way as the pundits who get paid to have one. How can that be if I'm not the lone voice declaring a Romney victory?
You're going to do this passive-aggressive act for the rest of today, aren't you? It's not the declaration, it's your methodology.
Same sample size and everything? Phone surveys, email, both? You're not one of those bozos who calls at dinnertime, are you?
Ah, see, now we're getting somewhere. I'm sure you can post links to the pundits who, like you, rely solely on wishful thinking and not hard data like, for example, polling. Because that's what you were asked upthread, and you still can't answer it. And don't call me "darling" until you've stocked up on commas.
I don't base my opinion on wishful thinking. So I can't help you. It is however my opinion not one I've borrowed from someone else. Says the dizzy dame who don't know the difference between a pundit and a pollster.
Classic organized labor: It doesn't matter what the military actually needs; what's important is protecting the ranks of UAW dues payers.
My survey of things my friends from college post on Facebook indicates Obama will win with 80 percent of the vote. That's scientifically valid, right?
Or anything else, apparently. Not by sandbagger's criteria. It actually contains other people's opinions. That's not allowed.
Yeah, and speaking of Illinois, remember that disappearing gender gap? Turns out, not so much so, and Illinois offers a good example. Obama by 13 among men, by 29 among women.
welp, that as they say is that. Obama ahead 200k in Ohio, Romney barely skimming Florida. I"m going to bed.
So which was it? Out with it. There were a lot of partisan Republicans in this thread saying their parry would win. Where were you getting your bullshit? Will you take another shovel load tomorrow, or will actually take a second to reconsider how wrong you were? I gave you my source and it appears to have gotten 50 out of 50. Does the fact that the New York Times got it EXACTLY right, and your sources dead wrong... will that mean a damn thing to you?
The answer to that is: 1) They don't care. (2) It will not mean a damn thing to them. (3) It's best just to let it go.
Looks like we are going to lose the craziest member of Congress. Allen West is down about .8% with over 99% of precincts reporting. We may even lose the two craziest shithouse rats in D.C., as Bachmann is in a neck-and-neck race--she's up about .5% with 75% of precincts reporting. Getting rid of both of them would be a nice topper to the evening.
So Pandora is getting old... and she has this thing where like once a week while we're at work she'll stand in her litter box but then STUCK HER ASS OUT AND SHIT ON THE FUCKING FLOOR. To add insult to injury, she'll then empty out half of said litterbox trying to cover it. Anyway when I see it, I get fucking pissed, track her down, grab her by the scruff, shove her nose in it and tell her how she is a bad kitty... BAD KITTY!! Every time my wife yells at me that she is just a cat, and too stupid to realize what happened. That's probably true but damn it makes me feel better.
To be fair to them, they're at least consistent in their rejection of the scientific method. Evolution, geology, biology, meteorology. Now statistics.
And the final score is... Obama, 303 electoral votes confirmed, 29 (FL) leading. 50.4% of popular vote. That gets him another 4 years in the White House, and he pulls a few more Democrats into the Senate and House with him. . . Romney, 206 electoral votes, 48% of the popular vote. That gets him the crown for the most expensive losing campaign in human history, wasting a billion dollars of the Kochs', Karl Rove's and the Chamber of Commerce's money...the only winners Romney and friends created are the TV and radio stations that sold them all those nasty counterproductive commercials at premium rates. The world didn't end four years ago when a moderate Democrat won, and it won't end when the same guy makes policy for the next four years. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss....and the same incremental, measured change we've had the last four years...
