Paul Bearer, one of the greatest WWE managers/characters ever, passed away two days ago. The WWE has done a tribute video for him: [YT="Paul Bearer"]TymkvV0s2OY[/YT] REST. IN. PEACE.
Thanks for posting this. When I saw that he had died the other day, I couldn't quite remember who he was. This is a great tribute and brings back a lot of memories now that my brain's working and I have a character to go with the name.
It's truly unfortunate. He was only 58, too, I guess. And the day after Undertaker announced he was wrestling in Wrestlemania again this year. I hope it's not some shitty stunt where he comes back to life at Wrestlemania, but is that something Vince McMahon would do? I don't think so.
I doubt it. What they will do is hype it right up, Undertaker on his 20 year wrestlemania unbeaten streak is the main hype but now he's also got something else worth fighting for. Probably means Punk has no chance of beating him now.
I wouldn't put anything past Vince. I'm 50/50 on whether there will be a resurrection, even if we confirm that the real Paul Bearer died.
