Happy 8th Anniversary, Starscape BBS! December 26th, 2005 at 8 PM EST, I flipped the switch that brought the board online for the first time. We've changed locations several times, but we're still a community.
A look at the site layout over the past 8 years: 2006 - 2007 - We started out on Invision software. 2008-2009 2009-2010 - This was the big switch to Zetaboards as software and host. 2011 2011-2012 Of course, the current (2013+) layout can be seen here: http://s4.zetaboards.com/StarscapeBBS At our height, we had 348 members, and thousands of visits a month.
I think I may have come in around 2006 or so. Because that was when all the crap started happening over at TBBS with myself and some of the fans there. I'll never forget it: they called me a humorless homophobe just because of one comment I made on there about the ep of DS9 where Jadzia Dax and another Trill shared a kiss. Remember that crap? If it hadn't been for exodus, I probably would have given up on forums altogether. So, kudos to Exodus!!!! miss ya man! Hope you are doing well.
