Ironic though. I like westerns. I like space opera. Firefly was pretty much a down the line space western. But from some reason it rankled me as "too western" if that makes any sense.

Liked the cast though. Fillion, Tores, Baldwin, Glau.........

I watched Spocks Brain last week and I liked the scene with Kirk, Uhura, Chekov, and Sulu talking about which planet to go to.

Sucks Game of Thrones and Dexter, don't have bad episodes. Dexter had a week season two but still.

I've always felt that part of Spock's Brain was underrated. The first half of the episode. Especially where Kirk and the junior officers brainstorm about which of the three possible planets to investigate. Knowing they have only time for one before Spock's body dies if his brain isn't restored.

Another great scene is just after the opening scene in Sick Bay where McCoy informs Kirk about Spock (who is on the table) and Kirk can be seen mouthing the words in astonishment "His brain?"

Plus a moment later when Kirk says the woman must've taken the brain and Scotty agrees but McCoy asks what woman. A nice touch to internal continuity as McCoy wasn't on the bridge when the woman materialized.

I thought Dexter's series finale where he ran off to work as a lumberjack or something was considered pretty bad.

That episode of Eureka where they played around with various animation styles was pretty cool. Honestly one of the few good episodes of the series' post third reboot. Holy crap that series had so much wasted potential.
